What this policy covers

This policy explains cookies, browser storage, and related technologies on the WEBSITETOON website, operated by Toon Group Inc. Read it with our Privacy Policy, which explains personal information, service providers, international processing, and your rights and contact options.

Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with requests to the relevant domain. Local storage keeps information in a browser without automatically attaching it to each request. Scripts can also send information when they run, even without cookies. Our controls therefore manage whether optional integrations load, rather than relying only on blocking cookies.

Choose what runs

On your first visit, optional Google measurement and advertising tags and Zoho SalesIQ remain off. You can choose Reject all, Accept all, or Choose settings. Accept and reject are presented with equal prominence. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.

There are three independent optional choices:

• Analytics: enables Google Analytics through our Google Tag Manager container to measure visits, interactions, referrals, and website performance.
• Advertising and remarketing: enables Google advertising technologies through Google Tag Manager to measure campaigns and, where configured, support advertising audiences or remarketing.
• Zoho live chat and visitor insights: enables the original Zoho SalesIQ widget, including its chat continuity, visitor recognition, and reporting functions. Live chat and its visitor insights are enabled together.

You do not need to accept either category to browse the website or send an enquiry through the locally displayed form. Optional integrations also stay off when JavaScript is disabled. Privacy choices are specific to the browser and device where you make them.

Essential website functions and saved choices

The website stores your choice in local storage as websitetoon-privacy-v2 for up to 180 days. It records the categories you selected, the preference version, whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present, and the time of your choice. This is used to remember your decision, including a rejection, rather than to create an advertising profile. Clearing site data removes it and causes us to ask again. We may request a new choice sooner if our purposes or consent categories materially change.

Navigation and locally displayed content do not require optional tracking. Hosting or security services may use technical information or essential technologies to deliver and protect the website. These functions are separate from optional Google tags and SalesIQ.

Google measurement and advertising

When you enable Analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google’s documented default lifetime for these cookies is two years, subject to account settings and browser limits. These lifetimes do not mean every browser retains a cookie for that full period.

When you enable Advertising and remarketing, Google Ads and connected measurement features may use additional identifiers or cookies, including names beginning _gcl_, to associate ad interactions with campaign results. The exact technologies depend on the tags and features configured in the Google container, your consent, Google settings, and browser restrictions. Selecting Analytics does not itself grant permission for advertising storage or personalization, and selecting Advertising does not grant Analytics storage.

Zoho SalesIQ

When you enable Zoho chat and visitor insights, SalesIQ may store identifiers, chat state, and preferences. Zoho documents visitor cookies ending in _zldp with a two-year lifetime and _zldt with a one-day lifetime. Other SalesIQ technologies can support conversation continuity, security, and visitor preferences. Names and lifetimes can vary with features, configuration, and browser restrictions.

The optional widget can send information about visits and interactions as well as information you provide during a chat. Read Zoho’s SalesIQ cookie documentation for its broader list and purposes.

Zoho Forms and external services

The enquiry form shown on our pages is local HTML. Simply viewing it does not load the hosted Zoho form or SalesIQ. When you submit, your answers are sent directly to Zoho Forms, which processes the request and displays its response. Opening the hosted form link also takes you to Zoho. Its service and security technologies may then apply, independently of whether optional chat or Google tags were enabled on this website.

Google Search Console ownership verification uses a static meta tag on this website. It does not itself set a visitor cookie or load an additional tracking script. Search Console reports about Google Search are separate from Analytics cookies.

Change or withdraw a choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer, clear the category you no longer want, and save. The website reloads so previously loaded optional code stops running. It also attempts to remove accessible first-party Google and SalesIQ identifiers associated with the disabled category. It cannot remove every provider-domain, browser-protected, or previously stored cookie, and withdrawal does not erase information already sent.

For a fuller reset, use your browser’s cookie and site-data controls. You can block cookies, clear storage, or remove data for Google and Zoho domains as well as this website. This may sign you out of other services or remove saved preferences. Browser privacy features and extensions can also affect whether integrations work after you enable them.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, this website treats it as a request to keep advertising and remarketing disabled. The advertising choice is locked off for that browser while the signal is present. Analytics and Zoho SalesIQ remain optional and continue to require your separate affirmative choice. This control is intended to support applicable opt-out preference requirements; it does not determine by itself whether a particular privacy law applies to Toon Group Inc.
