How Toon Group Inc., operating as WEBSITETOON, handles personal information when you visit our website or contact our team.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Who we are

WEBSITETOON is a brand of Toon Group Inc. in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and when you contact us about our web development, AI, marketing, cybersecurity, or consulting services. It also explains how to ask questions or exercise your privacy choices.

This policy covers our own website and business enquiries. If we process information on behalf of a client as part of a project, the client’s instructions, their privacy notice, and the applicable agreement also govern that work. Please contact the relevant organization about information you provided to a website or application that it operates.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and message. We use it to understand your request, reply, arrange a discussion, prepare a proposal, and maintain the related business correspondence. We may also receive information you send by email, telephone, or live chat.

Please share only what we need to respond. Do not put passwords, payment card details, medical records, identification documents, or confidential security findings into a general enquiry form or chat. Ask us to arrange an appropriate channel if your request involves sensitive information.

Sending an enquiry allows us to respond to that enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional email. Where we send commercial electronic messages, we seek consent or rely on an applicable permission under Canadian anti-spam law and provide a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact us to stop promotional messages. We may still need to send messages about a current project, requested service, or legal obligation.

Zoho Forms

Our website enquiry forms use Zoho Forms. The fields are displayed using this website’s design, and submitting the form sends your answers directly to Zoho’s form service for processing. The form also sends a page or service label so we can understand which part of the website your enquiry relates to. Zoho may process technical information associated with the submission, such as network and browser information, to deliver and protect its service.

Viewing our locally displayed form does not itself load the hosted Zoho form. Submitting an enquiry, or following the link to the hosted form, connects you to Zoho. Its own service technologies and security controls then apply. You can use our email or telephone details instead if you prefer another way to contact us.

Zoho SalesIQ live chat and visitor insights

With your permission, we load Zoho SalesIQ to provide live chat and help us understand visitor interactions. Depending on the interaction and the service configuration, SalesIQ can process pages visited, visit timing, browser and device information, IP address, approximate location, visitor identifiers, and chat content. If you identify yourself during a conversation, those interactions may be associated with the contact details you provide.

SalesIQ uses cookies and similar storage for visitor recognition, chat continuity, preferences, and reporting. The website groups live chat and its visitor insights together as one optional service. It stays off unless you enable it through Cookie settings. Declining it does not prevent you from using the enquiry form or contacting us directly.

Read Zoho’s Privacy Policy and SalesIQ’s cookie information for details about Zoho’s processing and technologies.

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Tag Manager

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors reach and use our website. Information can include pages viewed, interactions, referral and campaign details, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, and online identifiers. We use the resulting reports to improve the website and assess the usefulness of our content.

We also use Google Ads for advertising. Where configured, its tags measure campaign results and conversions and support advertising audiences or remarketing. Google may associate advertising interactions with its own identifiers and information according to its policies and your Google account settings. We do not intentionally send the contents of your enquiry form to Google Analytics or Google Ads through this website’s form code.

Google Tag Manager delivers our Google measurement and advertising tags. Analytics and advertising are separate optional choices. The container is not loaded unless you permit at least one Google category, and the consent signals sent to the container distinguish Analytics from advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization. Declining either category does not prevent you from using the website or enquiry form.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also manage advertising personalization through Google My Ad Center.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor our website’s visibility, indexing, and performance in Google Search, including search queries, impressions, and clicks in Google’s reports. Our ownership verification is a static meta tag. It does not load an additional visitor tracking script or set a cookie on this website. Search Console reporting is separate from the optional Analytics and advertising tags.

Website operation and security

Website delivery and communications services may process technical logs, including IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information, and error or security events. We use operational information to deliver pages, investigate problems, prevent misuse, and protect our systems. Essential security or form-processing functions are separate from optional marketing and visitor analytics.

Optional Google tags and SalesIQ stay off until you choose to enable them. Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject, or change Analytics, advertising, and SalesIQ independently. Your selection is stored in your browser for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Choices apply to that browser and device. Clearing browser storage or using another device may require a new choice. When a recognized Global Privacy Control signal is present, advertising and remarketing remain disabled for that browser.

Withdrawing permission stops these integrations on subsequent page loads and reloads the current page to stop their running code. It does not undo information already transmitted. Some provider cookies cannot be removed by this website; use your browser’s controls to clear stored site data. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Who receives information and where it is processed

Information is available to people who need it to respond to you or carry out our work, and to service providers involved in website hosting, communications, forms, chat, analytics, advertising, or business administration. We use Zoho and Google for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.

These providers may process information in Canada and other countries, including the United States, depending on their service infrastructure and our account configuration. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those jurisdictions. We do not promise that website enquiries, chat records, or measurement information remain exclusively in Canada.

Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or contractual protection for an international transfer, we use the provider terms, data-processing terms, and transfer safeguards available for the relevant service. The exact provider region and transfer mechanism can depend on account configuration and the service used. Contact us if you need information about a transfer relevant to your personal information.

Depending on the interaction, we rely on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent for optional Analytics, advertising and remarketing, and Zoho SalesIQ. You can withdraw these choices without losing access to the website or enquiry form.
  • Steps at your request and contract performance when we respond to an enquiry, prepare a proposal, or provide requested services.
  • Legitimate interests in operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving our website and business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. Optional browser tracking is not activated under this ground where consent is required.
  • Legal obligations where information must be retained, disclosed, or processed to meet an applicable requirement.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry and business information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and the relationship; there is no single retention period for every enquiry, project, or provider record. Cookie lifetimes are different from the retention of information already received by a service provider.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and our work, including access restrictions and secure communications where available. No website, email service, or method of storage is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe you have sent sensitive information to us in error.

Access, correction, withdrawal, and complaints

You can ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Where the law provides them, you may also request restriction, portability, or information about processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We may need to verify your identity and clarify your request. We use the information supplied for a privacy request only to verify and respond to it. Legal, contractual, security, and record-keeping requirements can limit deletion, portability, objection, or disclosure; we will explain an applicable limitation when responding. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request.

Send privacy questions and requests to info@websitetoon.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please do not include identity documents in an initial email. You may also write to Toon Group Inc., 332-550 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3Z4, Canada, or call 647 987 8780.

If we cannot resolve your concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec where applicable, or the data-protection or privacy authority with jurisdiction where you live or where the relevant processing occurred. People in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may complain to their local supervisory authority.

This website is operated from Canada. Mere availability of the website in another country does not necessarily mean every privacy law in that country applies. Before intentionally targeting a jurisdiction that requires a local representative, registration, or additional notice, Toon Group Inc. will evaluate and implement that requirement.

Children and external websites

Our business services are intended for organizations and adult professional contacts. We do not seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

Links to external websites are governed by those organizations’ own privacy practices. Following an external link can disclose information to its operator even when you have declined optional tools on this website.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. If a new purpose requires consent, we will seek it rather than treating continued browsing alone as agreement to that new purpose.
